Correct me if I’m wrong, but this “exercise” incorporates an all too familiar motion into its design.  The Shake Weight as it’s called encourages women to get shapely arm muscles.  After viewing this commercial I could only shake my head and laugh, and you know why.  Looks like today is a win/win for men and women.  So there you have it everyone get your dynamic inertia going.

On a side note, I think it’s funny how apparently I’ve spent the better part of a decade exercising, great to know I’ve put in some work staying fit.
