Don’t forget all you Facebook fans that you need to post in the discussion about this prize in order to get your 5 entries for being a fan. It’s under the “Discussions” tab on our Fan Page. So far only 2 people have posted, and I know we have more fans than that

Just wondering if you’re aware of the recent usage restrictions Facebook has put on using their “facilities” for contest entries?? This was official news-release stuff in this last several days.
Essentially, they require a relatively complex front-end processing package, AND they restrict what information you can collect, AND they require YOU to post a whole set of legal disclaimers, etc, etc, AND etc. And violations have a whole set of consequences, one of which sounded like getting you and all solicited ‘entry’ participants kicked off Facebook.
The impression I got was that they’re putting a stop to what they consider a huge problem. But I could be wrong. AND it’s definitely worth checking out, I suggest.

Thanks for the heads up. After reading through it like 4 times(http://www.facebook.com/promotions_guidelines.php). We finally came to the decision that we do seem to be breaking some of their rules, by having users “like” or post on a page for entries. We were going to try to contact Facebook, but there doesn’t seem to be any clear cut way to get a reply from them. So, from here on out, we will not be doing entry giveaways through Facebook, as we don’t want to put ourself or any of our users in jeopardy.
With that being said, we are thinking of moving all of our Facebook related entry giveaways over to a forum, but we need to set it up first. So be on the look out for that.

The entry period for this giveaway is now closed. We’ve had an overwhelming number of entries compared to the past 2 giveaways with 2424 from our daily form not to mention the extra entries which we gave away for other various tasks, which we still need to calculate.
We will begin tallying up all those extra entries to get everything ready for the actual drawing. We’ll try to provide updates on where we are with the process in our forums.
